LaLaLand is a collection of tiny islands and isles at the edge of the big sea, visited by all the winds of Planet Water. There is Irieland, The Land Of Song, The Big Country, The Shakalaka Isles and Bling Blighty. LaLaLand is populated, largely, by friendly, eccentric, playful woodland folk, even in this day and age. London, The Punk City is tcapital of Bling Blighty, drenched in arts, music and charity like the rest of this sporting, singing, dancing and laughing nation. In it's South East X region, just across from Docklands is the historic riverside settlement of Rocklands: Deptford Fun City, Nu X, B-rock-ley, Greenwich Village, Blackheath and The Peace Dome.

Visiting interplanetary friends, bright enough to tell the time land where the Planet's time is made...

Rocklands is both multi cultural (magic folk and muggles included) and inter planetary. Like Venice Beach in California it is a place where friends from around the galaxy can hang out in peace and spend time on earth, observing yet unobserved. They are all Nature's children after all. This is where the love doves (pictured above) live, above St Paul's Church on Diamond Way, Deptford Fun City. They bring essential notes or chord.s to the dreams of musicians. Some of the greatest songs of all time have been visited by the love dove. In return, they have shared joy with so many people.Music spreading love makes it harder for evil to take root in the soul of Nature's guardians.

This is Smoocher Velvet and Hattie Chewed. Two Moonfairies that made the journey to LaLaLand by Galactic Tour Bus. They've just enjoyed a spliff and some loud rock music with friends and are off to Tony's Chip shop on the Nu-X-Rd on a date even tho they are neither male or female really - just nice people that get on well. It's called friendship or love.

When Planet Waer people see them, their skin registers as the tones of the soils and sands of this world, like everybody else. They see Planet Earth on the News - it is a sick, vile, greedy, frightening and stupid as fug place. They both agree on that.

They feel at home in Rocklands, they arrived via the Fairy's gateway in Greenwich Park and often spot other woodland folk in the area, whether it's drinking in the Hobgoblin or Marquis of Granby pubs or rocking the dance floor at one of the many live music events in the boroughs of Lewishambles and Greenwich Village that are London's South East Bank.

Some intergalactic travellers arrive by the Stargate that is The London Eye if their craft is small enough, or beam down to the Millenium Circle, built on an ancient arrival site on Hilly Fields (as Vulcan Road, London SE4, bears witness).

An area full of Nature, art (indoors and out), creativity, bright colours, children, magic, a spectrum of architecture, music and musicians and eccentricity. Where else would a true invidividual hang out, but Rocklands!?

Professor Ernest Frank of Moonbase University is in constant touch with Moonfaires in Rocklands. As a monitor of both Planet Water and Planet Earth the easiest way to appear among humans is via cyberspace. Of course Earth people think he is just being silly if he points out that he's not from their world. That predictable and typical cynicism protects our interplanetary friends from being discovered. Planete Earth is dangerous. The greatest predators are humans.

This is only one small fraction of the mythical magic of South East X, if you want to know about all kinds of everything check out South East London Folklore Society, they meet in Greenwich Village monthly and know about all kindsa stuff. http://www.selfs.org.uk/ *
